At our on-site student clinic, treatments are delivered by students enrolled in our diploma programs, trained and assessed to industry standards throughout their studies. Booking & Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. As a training clinic, appointments are matched to student schedules, so advance notice helps us keep the clinic running smoothly for everyone.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, as we may not be able to complete the service in the time available. If we ever need to reschedule from our end, we'll reach out as early as possible to find a new time that works for you.
